Cancellation Policy

Dumpster Rental Policy By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to comply with the following guidelines to ensure safe and efficient use. 1. Rental Period: The standard rental period is 1, 3 or 7 days. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges. Early pickups can be arranged, but no refunds will be issued for unused rental days. 2. Delivery and Pickup: Trayden will deliver your dumpster between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. Your dumpster can arrive up to 24 hours before your selected drop off date and can stay up to 24 hours after your pickup date. You will NOT be billed for this. The customer must ensure clear access to the placement site on these dates. Customer is responsible for providing accurate placement instructions. Trayden LLC is not liable for damages caused by incorrect placement or restricted access. • The customer must ensure no obstructions (e.g., low-hanging wires, branches) hinder the placement or removal of the dumpster. 5. Prohibited Materials See website for a list of prohibited materials. 6. Weight Limits: Each dumpster has a maximum weight limit. Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges. 7. Loading: Load the dumpster evenly and do not fill above the top edge. Overfilled dumpsters cannot be transported safely and may incur additional charges for reloading. Compacting or altering the waste to fit more than the allowed volume is prohibited. 8. Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for dumpster placement. • The customer must ensure the dumpster is not moved once placed by Trayden LLC. • The customer agrees to indemnify Trayden LLC for any damages or liabilities arising from improper use or placement of the dumpster. 9. Damages and Liability: Trayden LLC is not responsible for damages to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, or other surfaces caused by normal dumpster placement and removal. • The customer will be held liable for any damages to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear. 10. Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. • Additional charges (e.g., for overweight dumpsters, extended rental periods) will be billed separately and are due upon receipt. 11. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
